I’m here to gently support your healing through trauma-informed yoga.
- Whether you’re longing for calm, strength, more ease in your body, working around injuries or clarity in your mind, you are truly welcome here, just as you are.
- With over six years guiding people as a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and personal trainer, I blend breath, mindful movement, and heartfelt care to meet you where you are on your healing journey.
- I encourage you to forget everything you think you know about yoga. Yoga is not about perfect poses or pushing yourself into shapes, it’s about meeting yourself where you are.
- I offer personalized sessions, online or in person in Leeuwarden, in English or Dutch, always designed around your needs and your pace.
- My classes are inclusive and trauma-sensitive, created to hold space for all bodies, stories, and experiences. My role is to listen, guide, and create a safe, supportive space for you to explore what healing means for you.
Most of all, I want to help you feel safer, stronger, and deeply at home in your body, and maybe even fall a little in love with your yoga practice along the way.

Your Yoga Journey
Our 5-session package offers a safe, supportive space to explore your body, breath, and needs. We begin with an in-depth intake, a gentle physical exploration, and breath awareness. From there, you receive fully tailored sessions that meet you where you are, physically, emotionally, and energetically. Always trauma-informed. Always with care.
