Meet Bee!
Hi there, it’s Bee. I’m beyond grateful you found this website. I have a big passion for yoga. Practicing and sharing the practice has become a major part of my life over the last 10 years. The mat always has my back, and I’m here to share the tools of yoga, that you need specifically, so it can have your back too. I’ve studied for many hours, in Indonesia, India & the Netherlands. I’m currently studying to become a Yoga Therapist, to be able to help you even more in-depth.
Embrace Your Uniqueness
I’ve noticed over my years of teaching that while we yoga instructors work hard to make our group classes accessible, they often aren’t for everyone. Group classes are designed for the group, but each participant is an individual.
We all have different bodies, skeletal structures, health histories, and daily lives. If you struggle in a general group class, it’s not your fault, and it’s not yoga’s fault. The issue is that general classes are made for most, but you are unique and special in your own way.
Trust me when I say yoga is for you. Maybe you haven’t found your practice yet, or maybe you’ve been struggling with it. I’ve been there too, feeling lost in my practice. That’s how Bee with Yoga was born. It’s all about letting you be with your practice, whatever that looks like for you. We’ll figure it out together.
Our Approach: The Yoga Journey
In our yoga journeys, we make a plan that is 100% tailored to you specifically. Working with your needs, wishes, personal goals, and abilities. You can see me as your personal trainer in yoga, I’ll take care of the plan. All you have to do is be there and show up. And we will find a way for you to be in your body, be with your breath, be in the moment, and be with yoga.
